• Some user complained that voltage will change slightly without adjusting it. In fact, this is normal when your device is working. Besides, ambient temperature, magnetic field, signal noise will also affect output voltage. But the change is slight and acceptable. It will not damage most of the electronics.
• The power cord between power brick and DC plug will lead to 0.4V~0.6V voltage drop, so we designed the screen displayed voltage was 3.5V~24.5V. • The 4cm short black power cord is a reverse polarity converter, not extension wire. It is used to reverse the original polarity of the power supply output port ( reverse the internal positive pole to negative , and the external negative pole to positive). Please confirm the polarity of your devices’ power port before use. If the positive and negative poles are reversed, it will cause short circuit and damage your device.

Is this 3~24V 72W universal power supply (PS) compatible with your device? 1. Check Voltage

Please find the spec label of your device and check the working voltage. It should be among 3V~24V DC, not lower than 3V or higher than 24V DC. Otherwise, your device will not work or be damaged.

2. Check Current

Check the max current your device will draw. It should be equal to or less than 3A, such as 1A, 1.5A, 2A, 2.5A, 3A. Otherwise, your device won’t work well and the PS will be damaged very soon.

3. Check Plugs

4. Check Original PS
